What's Included:

  • Stay consistent and accountable with 2x weekly sessions for 12 weeks (at your house!), or choose to use the 24 sessions as they fit your needs and schedule best.

  • Stay focused in the time between sessions with mini workouts that you can fit into your day. (Access to the Postpartum: Repair course is included in your mentorship!)

  • Get private corrective exercise attention specific to your personal needs and reach your next level of strength and energy.

  • Solidify a new habit that your family is on board with, so that at the end of the course, you've trained your family that your 20-minutes to hour of self-care/exercise every day are yours.

  • Once you are done with the 12 weeks, you can choose to continue as we shift into higher intensity workouts, or jump back into the workouts you've been dreaming about since you had kids!
